1. How will customer make payment for us?

We accept payment terms: TTR or LC at sight.
For orders in the domestic market, we accept bank transfer or cash (for small orders).

2. Which is shipping term and condition you could offer?

For international market, depending on customer’s need, we could offer Ex- works, FOB, CFR, CIF and DAP – Incoterms 2010.
For local market, we could offer to deliver ex-factory or to customer’s place. Please contact our hotline (+84) 911.572.886 for more information

3. How long will it take to get tiles since an order is placed?

If the amount of tiles of the order is available in the warehouse, we could ship right in 2 days. orders upon request can require approximately 3 to 6 weeks for production, depending on quantity and pattern of order.

4. Does Customer need to order extra material for cuts and waste?

Customer can send us measurement of constructions needed for tiling , we have technicians support customer to calculate approximately accuracy quantity .

5. What is the minimum order?

Minimum order quantity is 28.8sqm (~1 wooden pallet) since too small quantity is not efficiency due to high transportation costs and safer for packing.
